No melting, scorching marks, or burns during laser engraving. Warm Tip 1. There is a 0.1mm-0.2mm error in the thickness of the acrylic board due to the casting process. 2. Diode lasers can't cut through acrylic, and in instances where it does - it does so very poorly. So be aware if you only have a Diode Engraver, even at 20W of optical power.
