The Eastman Dielectric Union is constructed of highly durable brass and is designed to transition between steel and copper piping. Equipped with a 1 inch female inlet pipe (FIP) x 1 inch solder connection, this union includes a gasket made of silicone rubber and a nylon insert. The IPS connection hardware is constructed of steel. Designed for use up to 250 PSI and a maximum temperature of 180 degrees Fahrenheit, the dielectric union works well with copper, brass, and steel.
