This utility helps determine whether your Mac’s Bluetooth problems are caused by internal hardware or can be resolved using the Hideez adapter. The Hideez Dongle may be ineffective if your internal Bluetooth module is completely non-functional. It is not compatible with Hackintosh setups, virtual environments, or Logitech MX devices on macOS. If your Mac doesn’t have a USB-A port, we strongly recommend using a USB-C to USB-A adapter rather than a USB hub.
