We investigated the maintenance of Weber carburetor car mechanics and customers who purchased such products. It was found that the mixing ratio of the screw, oil hole, gasket, and seal ring has a short service life and is prone to leakage and damage. The modified Weber carburetor repair kit has been modified to solve the above problem. We replaced the iron proportional screw with a brass mixing ratio screw, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and highly accurate. Instead of iron flat washers, we used bowl-shaped copper washers to effectively protect the O-ring and make the mixing ratio screw easier to install. The use of fluoroelastomer O-rings instead of silicone O-rings or Dingqing has the advantagesof high temperature resistance, oil resistance, and aging resistance.
